We stayed as a tourist group over the weekend (2 nights). I occupied a 1/1 room. The location is city center, which is very well, but the parking is hard to access (especially with a tourist bus). From parking to the reception you have to carry your bag over a number of higher steps or go a bit to the right to avoid those steps, but still have to carry quite a lot. From the street side, the entrance is much easier. Staff is alltogether kind and friendly. My room was small, carpet burned with something. TV was not working (I didn't complain). No fridge in the room. The room had a bed smell and I kept the window open so it was bearable. Bed seems old and narrow. The bathroom is renovated but toilet paper holder broken. Only one small bottle of shampoo. The first day I got only 1 towel, the next day I got 2 towels for face and body and one for the floor. The towels were clean but shaby. No refill of the shampoo. No hairdryer in the room, although showed in pictures of the room. Some people from the group had to change rooms because tv and phone were not working and there was a bad smell from the kitchen. Breakfast was nothing special, but it looked like we got rests from celebrations the night before. Only instant coffee - "real" coffee you have to pay for. The price is more than acceptable, but still, I think a 3 star hotel should offer standard coffee for breakfast. All in all, in my opinion the hotel is not on level of 3 stars. You can bear all the small details missing if you stay over the weekend, but the main issue is the smell in the room.
