I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. The staff provided incorrect payment details, leading me to transfer ₹2,912 to the wrong account. Despite explaining the situation and offering to pay ₹1,000 in cash immediately, requesting just 5 minutes to resolve the issue as my cab had arrived to take me to the airport, the staff were uncooperative. They insisted I remain until the full payment was settled, causing significant stress as I had only 30 minutes to reach the airport. Additionally, the demeanor of the watchman and other staff members made me feel uncomfortable.
