Broken bathroom, toilet seat has broken, tv is not working. Breakfast is not given, room some light not working

Due to delay train i am not able to stay in this hotel. So i request them to refund the amount but they didn't understand the concern. They didn't proceed for refund also.

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel the staff are very good and. Polite. They provide everything which i have asked them and also they made sure that no problem was made from their side

Location was good but no food found nearby. There is a tv in the room which was not working and also wash basin missing from the sink. Fan regulator was not working. Staff was good

Near by railway station, i was not provided any food during my stay for 3 days. Cleanliness is not maintained, wash basin, taps are broken in the bathroom, no aqua guard or ro water available the hotel. Not recommended for further stay.

We book the hotel 1 and 1/2 month before, but when we reach the hotel not room avaliable against our booking, after requesting they arranging another hotel. It's very irresponsible behaviors we face.
