Chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 200 m, ski rental 100 m, ski school 50 m, ice rink 500 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. 4-room apartment 85 m2, on the top floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler (250 litres). Patio. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment is nice and clean and quiet area. The owners are very nice. Unfortunately, the advertisement is not truthfully described. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. The shower is in the sloping ceiling, so you can't stand to shower.

Cozy accommodation in the car-free district of Grächen. The apartment is centrally located and has everything you need on vacation. The hosts are easy to reach, very friendly and transport the luggage with the electric vehicle.

Clean and wonderfully spacious stay in the center of Grachen. Nice village on plateau, beautiful walks from the house and plenty of trips. Balcony no sun but nice seat in the garden. Nice view of snowy peak from the living room. Cons: No microwave and ket
