Excellent location, sophisticated atmosphere and friendly staff. What would you expect more from an urban suite? We were impressed by the attention to details, including the generous complimentary basket of goodies. The ratio quality/price is extremely high.

Beautiful top of the line modern hotel! Every detail is perfect. Lots of storage, comfortable king bed! Top of the line sheets. Yet in an remodeled historic building in the best area. And the staff is Magnificent! Will be back soon to enjoy the new spa under construction!

Management of Hotel the most friendly and welcoming ready to provide information made the stay exceptional. management and staff were all extremely helpful in furnishing tips for a fabulous stay. they offer guided tours of the historical city center. make you feel very welcome.

My family and friends stayed at Palazzo Ubertini during my wedding weekend. The hotel itself was clean, modern and beautiful, ticking every possible box. Yet it was Manuela and her team that made the biggest impression on us as guests. They were professional and competent but also so kind and thoughtful, and every single one of us left feeling thoroughly looked after. Hands down the best hotel in Viterbo.

We stayed over one night as part of a weekend stay and my friend arrived before me and needed to hire a car , the hotel staff not only took him to the Hertz rental car but ensured that we could bring the car up to the front of the hotel when we left so we didn't have to carry the suitcases back down to the free car park at the bottom of the hill. The front of the hotel is parking for local residents only so the hotel called our registration number through to the permit office so that we didn't receive a fine. The suite was amazing, kitchen area and fridge , minibar and a lovely breakfast hamper for the morning. Remember if you are going out between 1-4 to ensure you have the details to get back in during siesta time. The staff couldn't do anything more for us , it was great how Christmas-ey the lobby looked too . Just be mindful if you are following a sat nav when driving there , the one way system is a challenge to work out , luckily as my friend was taken to the car hire company by the manager of the hotel he was able to remember the route !! I hope to come back again one day soon.
