Hotel Vlora International

Travelling on business. This was a good choice of hotel and I'd be happy to come back - business or holiday. The check-in was very smooth and well-organized, despite a late arrival. The room was fine. A little on the small side, and - a common problem in hotels across the world - dark, by which I mean insufficient lighting. When you first go in you struggle to find the light switches and when you do, it was barely worth it - the entrance lights to the room were virtually useless. But the room was well cleaned - a couple of points could do with a little maintenance but nothing too major. The location is good and from my room I had a great sea view. Wifi - very easy to connect to and very fast. Breakfast - great. No problems. I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Also can't comment on the fitness facilities other than that the pool was empty for some reason and the very small amount of gym equipment was out of order. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. So overall - I wouldn't say it's the most amazing hotel ever, but it was perfectly fine and I'd be happy to return.

Thank you for all Staff from Hotel Vlora International for very nice holiday, especially for very nice people from restaurant, bar and kitchen. I would like to recommend this hotel. I think that their strong side is very good cuisine, also I can't complain for room cleanliness. Was OK. Also location is very nice because near the city center near nightlife, on the second side of the hotel is new park. Near hotel is located port when you can bay local cruises or to Italy

Our stay for summer holidays in Hotel Vlora International was excellent. We have stayed there for 12 days. Our room with the balcony was on 4th floor with the view on the city and neighbour building. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was equipped in small refrigerator, tv with 2 channels and the saife. The bathroom was clean, with spacious shower, however there was missing the shelf for the washing stuff, so it was quite uncomfortable. The lobby, corridors and hotel restaurant have a nice design. Hotel itself is situated in perfect location - in the city centre, close to the restaurants, shopping mall, small shops, exchange and newly constructed garden and port. In the very close area there are reconstructions so it might be noisy for someone who has a room with the view to the gardens. There are two elevators for the guests inside so it is frendly to the disabled people, however on the upper floors there are few stairs from the corridor to the rooms. The most important in my opinion was the staff. All the staff, at the reception desk, in the restaurant and at the breakfast was VERY nice, helpful, kind and professional. They really care about their guests! The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, meals were freshy and delicious! Many local and regional food has been served. I truly reccomand this hotel. Our stay was unforgetable!!! For sure I will choose it again. The importamt note: the distance to the beach is around 2 km but for us it wasn't a problem at all! Ho scelto questo Albergo perche si trova in un punto strategico per me, da un lato ce il lungomare e di fronte si trova il Porto di Valona. Un albergo molto bello, la stanza molto bella ,molto spaziosa e anche molto pulita . Al interno del albergo ce anche un ottimo Ristorante. Personalmente ho preferito la carne invece mio marito ha preferito il pesce , posso dire che si mangia super bene. C’è anche una piscina stupendaaaaaaaaaaaa,pulitissimaaaaaaaa. La colazione abbondante ,ce di tutto e di piu. Lo staff e’ molto accogliente, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa (parlano tutti Italiano) e ti fanno sentire bene. Di sicuro ritornerei perché veramente mi sono trovata bene, grazie e vi abbraccio con affetto.

We vroegen aan de uitermate vriendelijke receptioniste om een kamer met balkon en kregen een drie persoons kamer met zeezicht. Heel sympathiek. Kamer was schoon, ietwat gedateerd maar voor Albanese begrippen prima. Midden aan de boulevard dus veel terrasjes en gezelligheid in de directe omgeving.

Bueno: Me proporcionaron una habitación superior a la contratada, amplia y cómoda. Personal (el poco que había) agradable y colaborador Cerca del paseo marítimo para poder pasear. Piscina cubierta que viene bien para refrescarse. Buen desayuno Malo: Uno de los colchones era mas grande que el soporte y estaba elevado tanto de la cabeza como de los pies Imposible regular el aire acondicionado, ni conectar la televisión. Se puso en conocimiento de la persona de recepción (muy receptiva y colaboradora , pero parecía la única persona del hotel) y tras intentar solucionarlo, nos dijo que hasta el día siguiente por la mañana no estaba el servicio técnico. En su día debió ser un gran hotel pero creo que le falta una puesta a punto Wifi fallaba mucho en la habitación, en la documentación indican que hay un repetidor por planta , pero esto debe ser antiguo
