Myself and my best friend stayed here for one night. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are lovely and clean. The hotel itself is located in a very populated area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a waking distance, be aware that If you visit Albania that all of the bars and music get turned off at 12pm (unless you are in a club) I lost my phone at one point and all of the staff were at my aid!! Very kind people!! The private beach was located across the road it was nice and clean, due to their dedicated cleaner who was there consistently to ensure it was kept pristine. Thank you to all of the staff at the Duka!!

One of the best hotels in the "Lungomare" area.Our stay was excellent and the service top-notch.The view the food and hospitality only add to the excellence.The owners very friendly also.If you are in Vlora highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were not only spacious but also clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I am already planning to return next year with my family.

Great location. That's the only good point. The staff doesn't speak English, nor do they know how to service. The breakfast is absolutely terrible, cold eggs, no breads and sweaty cheese. We were out most of the day but because of our baby's nap time, had to be back in the room midday. We tried to explain to the receptionist so she could ask the cleaners to come after a certain time. She said it's no problem, but eventually no cleaner ever came and we were left with a dirty room. Shower doesn't work.

Great service, lovely view from my room and good food. I drove from Norway and had dirty clothes. Manager managed to get my clothes washed in no time. I had no internet, I needed an albanian sim card. One of the workers guided me all the way to the shop (20 min away)! 10/10

Good place to stay, everything was excellent, host - reception - restaurant - sunset view - rooms, cleaning room was excellent. This hotel deserve 4* + , food very tasty, sea view excellent, the road when you see from sea side view looks like in Miami or Florida in USA. I will suggest this hotel for the people's who want to stay for many days. Is located in the Lungomare in Vlora sity in Albania , 7-8 minutes walking fare from the port , you have beach place in front of hotel , 3-4 minutes walking from hotel you have and one small park for the people's who want to see the sunset from the port. Night life is other thing, for that who love night life have a lot possibilities. Defenetly I suggest this hotel and this area for your vacation.

To be honest i love Vlora and i loved this hotel when i came in July , but this time the staf wasnt good , the rooms didnt have shampos , and they gave me the wrong key to another room that was busy..

This is one of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed. Place is notorious and they steal clients personal belongings. Someone from their staff got into my room, then got into backpack and stole the cash I had, leaving some pockets unzipped. After reporting this to the owner of the hotel they did not accept any responsibility. This is the place to avoid it, it is insecure place full of notorious people, just avoid it !

Ok beds, but bad service. Most expencive drinks in the area. Bad service. Its a totally rip off. Do not pay in advance. Breakfast was not quite impressive , cold coffee and dry bread. Receptionist don’t know anything and needs to call her boss for any questions. He is never available ️️️
