Staying at Severin tented camp in East Africa was an unforgettable experience, blending luxury with the thrill of the wilderness. Though stayed for only one night, at morning, I was gently awakened by the sounds of elephants trumpeting and gazelles grazing nearby, a reminder of the vibrant wildlife surrounding us. The camp was beautifully designed, offering a perfect balance between comfort and nature. From the moment I arrived, the superb service made me feel like a noble guest. The managers greeted me warmly, ensuring every need was met. The Masai guardians added to the experience, sharing their deep knowledge of the land and its inhabitants while providing a sense of security. Each day was filled with adventure, exploring the stunning landscapes and observing the incredible wildlife. The camp’s atmosphere fostered a sense of community among guests, enhancing the experience. However, one downside was the meal sizes, which felt a bit too small for my appetite after a day of exploration. Despite this, the quality of the food was excellent, leaving me satisfied overall. This unique experience of luxury amidst nature was truly remarkable and one I will cherish for years to come.

Severin Luxury camp is located deep in Tsavo West National park, the camp is small and intimate, service is topnotch and the camp despite having been existence for a good number of year it is in great state. Facilities include a swimming pool where you can dip in after a game drive, nearby attractions include; Mzima springs, shetani lava flow, on a clear day you can also see Mt Kilimanjaro

Severin Safari Camp is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Tsavo West! I stayed here with two guests, and the experience was unforgettable. The camp blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, offering a genuine safari feel without sacrificing comfort. Our tent was spacious, well-appointed, and had stunning views of the landscape, where we could spot wildlife right from our deck. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The meals were excellent, with a great mix of flavors and fresh ingredients. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and have a truly memorable safari experience, I’d highly recommend Severin Safari Camp.

We loved staying here with no fences and the infinity pool looking into the bush was absolutely stunning. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the food was excellent. It was relaxing and we enjoyed the fire at night sitting around talking to other guests.

This lodge is the epitome of the perfect stay in the wilderness. Located in the middle of Tsavo West N.P, the lodge is surrounded by nothing but unrivaled views of wilderness and scenery. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying in one of the beautiful Junior Suites (Bungalow style rooms with outdoor showers) with views that provide a front row seat to nature’s display of all array of animals from herds of zebras, antelopes to elephants! The lodge offers authentic dining suited for royalty. Amazing food. It’s simply the best safari lodge in Tsavo West by far.
