Tulsi Garden- Near Prem Mandir Vrindavan

Room is ok, but repair work was annoying, and very strong smell of painting was there on the floor, do not have food in this restaurant, as same is very expensive and not up to the standard, seating arrangement also not comfortable in restaurant, food taste is also not at all good. Better to have food outside.

There was no wifi in the room. The tv was there but almost negligible channels were available. I the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Even after complaint nothing happened. In half an hour one bucket water could be filled. When at 7. 30 am i telephoned for tea, the call was not picked.

Aman choudhary and pradeep singh behaviour was excellent and room cleaning was excellent with great services!

It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were clean and the facilities were good. The food was also good.

Location: though hotel is located near to prem mandir, iskon temple, banke bihari ji temple, radha madhav mohan temple, but it's of no use as most of the time the road leading to these temples are barricaded by local police to control crowd. Even local auto or battery operated or electric vehicle is not allowed entry. Food: food is okay with indian, chinese veg menu. Prices are high compared to the hygiene, wait time, sitting arrangement and service provided. Amenities: basic amenities like windows in the room are not of any use. As the window in our room was plastered from outside. Checked with reception and they informed all rooms available during our visit has no open window. So, room has ventilation problem. Also, repair work is going on, so you may experience drilling and other construction sound. Service: you will get room service like cleaning, food, water bottle but expect delay as there is shortage of men power. Hotel cab service: basis our experience, we checked the rates after speaking to the hotel driver. The rates are higher by 500-700 rupees depending on the tour places. Avoid religious festival times, winter season as lots and lots of foreign tourists turn up and avoid weekends. I am sharing our experience, as we has to visit many places on food with 76 years old parent and 4 years old kid. Be mentally prepared to take in surprises. Also, in all places hawkers, shop owners l. Auto drivers and everyone providing services to tourists wait for opportunities to take as much money as possible.

All washrooms are stinky and even room services are pathetic. Water from tap in washrooms not coming and they take it lightly
