Blue Waters Cherai

Overall nice experience, Opted for a room for a family of four with an extra bed which i felt a little congested in my experience. Rest all service was good. Swimming pool was small still neat and well maintained. Services and staff were good.

Blue waters cherai is a good place. Very nice and calm place.More than my expectations. Neat and big rooms with good views. Anyway enjoy lot with my family. Pool area is very clean and good. Good food too. Staff service is also good. Wide beach

100 points for the service staff and housekeeping staff Akhil. I forgot the names of service staff who served at ttherrestaurant. They all were excellent, treated us well. Excellent property, delocious food, very clean rooms. Front office could be a bit more friendlier, though they were extremely professional. Kudos to thhe excellent service. perfecct location and near to the beach

We stayed for 10 days at this resort which on the whole was pretty good from several points of view. The room that we opted as a second one and moved in was a much better choice since the earlier suite room was stuffy, smelly, and noisy from the central air conditioner. The house keeping was good indeed keeping the linen, rooms and bath rooms neat and clean everyday. The common space like lobby and corridors were well kept. At the restaurant the service and food was average with a thin choice of menu. The staff was polite and very attentive, though professionally lacking competence for want of training. The management staff at the front desk notably Lija Pramod runs the place with backup from Vishnu and the manager Mr Jithin. Inspite of an acute shortage of trained personnel the establishment nevertheless runs pretty smoothly thanks to them. Finally I would like to add that the location of the resort is ideally situated between the beach front (shabby) and the serene backwaters behind. What spoils the setup is the location of the sheds across the lawn in front of the swimming pool. It was planned and executed by some one who had very little esthetic consideration.

Simple yet very tasty food . Courteous staff lead by Jithin . All the staff treat you like family. Spacious rooms and well mannered housekeeping staff . Blue waters is a good value for money resort. The poolside view is refreshing and peaceful.

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. season's Greetings ! Merry XMas and Happy New Year. I had an bad stay here. The room 2012 was linked with another room,via a door that was locked. If you are on a budget, get in. Or else please kindly stay out. And the music that plays on the corridors , that was really the epitome of hospitality. I shall not mention anything else . Please avoid . The beach is dirty as hell. Pics attached.
