Even Hotel Waco - University Area

Great new hotel. Nice amenities and ambiance. Clean. Good bed. Spacious room. Well appointed full size bathroom shower gel and lotion. Nice clean smell. Great gym — better than some 5 star properties. Restaurant is nice also. Not an included breakfast but still very nice space service and food. I think this was equivalent to a hotel feel but less expensive.

Very nice and clean hotel. Didn't use the bar/restaurant but it looked nice. Room was exceptional. Our only complaint was absolutely no water pressure in the shower.

"Amazing" truly captures my experience at Even Hotel! From the moment we arrived, a little ahead of check-in, Julia went above and beyond by accommodating our early arrival after a long journey. Her personable nature and fantastic local recommendations were a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated Jeremy's kindness and helpfulness. Our room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we did have issue they came right away. The hotel's quiet atmosphere was a plus, though hallway noise was occasionally noticeable. My son absolutely loved the awesome pool! Without hesitation, Even Hotel gets my highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful experience at the EVEN Hotel Waco–University Area by IHG. The location was absolutely ideal—safe, newer, and very close to campus, which made it perfect for the event we were attending. The surrounding area had plenty of great restaurants and even a nice park nearby, which added to the convenience. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. The two pools were a really nice touch—definitely a standout feature! Our room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the staff throughout our stay were professional, kind, and helpful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the shower cleanliness (or lackthereof). Unfortunately, it was covered in someone else’s hair when it was time to take a shower and we had a second to notice the shower floor. It was late after a concert, and cleaning a shower was the last thing I wanted to do. Thankfully, I had some supplies with me and was able to scrub it down, but it definitely took away from an otherwise fantastic stay. I really debated whether to even mention it because everything else was so great and I truly didn’t want to leave a negative comment—but I hope it’s helpful feedback. This hotel is a great choice, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Big tv and great shower. Close to Magnolia Market area which was wonderful to visit. The bar was actually open and welcoming. Great amenities in the room but fyi no microwave. Would stay here again if ever back in Waco.

Very nice modern hotel, clean and staff was very friendly. Close to everything in Waco. Has several really nice pools, and well equipped gym. Five minutes to the Silos, just off interstate from Baylor, and many good restaurants including Magnolia Table. Also close to bowling, movie theater, shopping, and Top Golf.
