Location and history all in one! This is an updated, remodeled 1912 duplex home has so much character and charm yet loaded with modern amenities. Sound proofed and quiet, you will have one entire side of the property all to yourself with a fully fenced private side yard. A short walk to Dewey Park for a game of frisby golf, a short drive to Cameron Park, the zoo, the Brazos. Shop the Silos, cheer on our Baylor Bears then come home and unwind and catch a movie on our state-of-the-art Frame TV! We allow max 2 well behaved pets. Pet fees are $65 for 1st pet and $20 for additional pet. These fees are for entire stayAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Baylor Orientation and Line Camp
We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely historic home
The property is over 100 years old and has a few quirks but they only add to the charm. The remodeling is well done. Bed, living room seating and dining area were all comfortable and above expectation. Fenced yard was great for our dogs. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. The only negative was the road noise from loud music/engines of vehicles.

Girls trip
I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.

Cute Waco house in quiet neighborhood
Nice property. A bit old original construction but nicely refurbished & appointed with everything we needed. Nice neighborhood 2 blocks from Brazos River with nice walking path. Will rent again.

Great getaway!
The property was great! Maggie made the process so easy. The place has everything you would need and more. It was close to the silos and Magnolia Table and had a nice park nearby where we could take the dogs. We highly recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Birthday Weekend
This was our first trip to Waco and this property was so close to everything we wanted to do! We had an awesome time! The property was pet friendly which was a big plus for us! Maggie was amazing and checked in on us halfway thru our stay! She made sure to be available for us if we needed anything! Check in and out was a breeze! Thanks again for having us!!!
