marathon weekend perfect spot to stay for the bearathon weekend. quiet location. secure parking. plenty of coffee/tea. host was so nice to provide a couple of snacks. *if you have sensitives to smells, the air fresheners and fragrances are strong (in the house and the bedding)

Ladies Weekend I just want to start off by thanking the owners for sharing their lovely home. The owners were so helpful with the tips around town and even the places that were near by. The property owners were over the top phenomenal. We fell in love the minute we drove up to the home. As soon as we got in the house felt at home. The inside was amazing cozy and roomy. The house was very clean and super organized. The beds were super comfy and showers were relaxing. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to visit. The area was quiet and safe. Just loved this house and hope to visit again very soon. Thank you again for making this home away from home.

Perfect! This place is perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Four big bedrooms and great open kitchen and den area. Great for gathering family/friends. Easy access and entry. Great communication with the owner. I was visiting my son at BU. I'm so glad I found this rental, we still have two years to go. I will be back :-)

Adorable home in cute neighborhood We loved this place! It was clean and very comfortable. Each room has a different theme which is so fun. Our only complaint is the party house just behind this one. I'm not sure if it's a frat house or what but they were throwing one heck of a party and it was SO LOUD. We called Waco PD several times to complain and it finally got quiet after about 12:30am but we had a very early flight out of Dallas so we were already in a bad spot sleepwise. Not sure we'd stay here again because of that.
