We recently had the most delightful stay at the Round Barn Bed and Breakfast for our 12 year anniversary and I cannot recommend it enough! We stayed in the Bicycle Room, which was the perfect blend of cozy and charming. The room had such a unique, welcoming atmosphere, and the decor was a lovely mix of rustic elegance with thoughtful touches that really made it feel like home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast delivery. Waking up to a delicious spread of fresh, homemade treats brought straight to my door was an absolute luxury. The breakfast was perfectly prepared and every bite was a delight. I felt truly pampered. The attention to detail at Round Barn is second to none, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience.

Breakfast was good – lots of food – good coffee! The Willow Suite was vary spacious – enjoyed the willow swing. Interesting stories about the round barn and the re-building of the house. Disappointed that no prior reviews mentioned the active train tracks that go past the property – with whistles blowing at all hours. Also didn’t realize there are no showers in the bathrooms – the Jacuzzi tubs do have a sprayer wand, but we found that to be awkward.

The Round Barn has such a special place in our hearts and in our story. Kirk and Wendy, you were just as gracious hosts this visit as you were five years ago when we got married at The Round Barn Farm! The jacuzzi, and fireplace made for the most relaxing retreat with a good book in hand. The breakfast was one that’ll be difficult to top! We enjoyed getting to explore the grounds just as we did on our wedding day. Thank you for your warm welcoming hospitality, we look forward to our next visit! -Will & Kelsey

Had a wonderful stay at the Round Barn! The grounds were amazing, the setup for weddings was spectacular - even though we weren't there for a wedding and stayed at the B&B. The room was very comfortable, a nice warm fireplace to read by and huge jetted tub to relax after a day at the Eagle Center in Wabasha and hiking Barn Bluff. They supplied many yummy treats, along with delicious three course breakfasts both days we stayed. The food was wonderful, we definitely headed out for the days very full! We will definitely be back next time we're in Red Wing!

What a great, relaxing time with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were great, very accommodating and allowed us the freedom to come in early and just pick an open room. Enjoyed just visiting with the owners.

We had a lovely stay at the Round Barn Farm. The accommodation was wonderful and the warm country charm makes it very inviting. The meals were delicious and the attention to detail was very thoughtful. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

Beautiful home built on a farm with an historic round barn. Lush cottage gardens, mowed walking path, a gravel road to saunter down, a gazebo and tire swing - I felt like Anne of Green Gables was going to knock on the door to join us for tea. Our room had a jacuzzi, an oversized soft arm chair, and a soft as cloud feather bed to sleep on. Kirk and Wendy provided 24/7 beverages and a morning pre-breakfast monster muffin to "stay our stomachs" before the main meal. Breakfast was outstandingly delicious. (I want the recipe for the breakfast soufflé and the scones!) We had a wonderful time of fellowship with our hosts at breakfast, and left feeling more like well-loved friends than first-time guests. And if you need pets to feel more at home, the resident dog and cat are more than happy to accept pets and cuddles. Highly recommend for a special getaway or just to pamper yourselves!

Great stay and accommodations! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stayed in the hearts and flowers room which was perfect. Great bathroom, great vibe, comfortable bed, etc. all the amenities you would want. Walking the grounds and exploring the barn with a glass of champagne was also a great experience. Great breakfast food (and a lot of it!) started your day out right for exploring more of red wing. We would definitely return to round barn farm again! Very kind and friendly owners made it very easy.
