The Westin Waltham Boston recensioner

I was traveling with my three children, so I needed a room with two beds. I booked it that way, and it was confirmed as a lake view room. However, when we arrived, the room only had one bed and a sofa. The staff told me this room was an upgrade, but it didn’t suit our needs at all. I asked to switch back to the original type of room, but I had to wait over 20 minutes again. I felt that the staff was really inefficient. Eventually, we were given a room with two beds, but we had to give up the lake view. To make things worse, my son found a sharp piece of glass on the floor of the room. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

Love the car park for people who have a car rental.

My fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The room was cleaned well, the front desk staff was unenthusiastic, breakfast was edible.

酒店非常滿意，房間大，床品贊，夠國際四星標準。下次來波士頓還會住這裏。唯一值得改進的是早餐等位太久了，我們每天都需要等位半小時左右。還有就是前台的態度一般，延遲退房30分鐘的要求是不假思索斷然拒絕的。另外停車費20一天。

總體還不錯，不在市中心但也不算太遠，房間大小衞生整潔程度都達到了威斯汀該有的檔次。提醒一下早餐廳有服務，按美國標準應該付小費，但可以打包，這樣就免了小費，而且如果帶小孩入住，早餐打包時多帶點就行了。

Westin是個不錯的酒店，在Boston這個地方個人覺得也是值得推薦的。酒店硬件設施很好，人員服務也很親切。各種軟件類的服務也比較到位。

유료 주차인데 시설 보수중이라 주차비를 받지 않았음 조식 2인 포함으로 하고 아이들 무료로 알고 갔었는데 연령제한 있어서 확인 필요함. 식당 웨이트리스가 본인 쿠폰을 줘서 아이들이 무료로 식사할수 있었음. 조식 수준은 훌륭한데 아주 비싼게 단점.

離波士頓距離二十多分鐘，衹適合自駕的酒店，配套和國內威斯汀不好比，但在美國已經很好了！對面有個開市客，其餘配套忽略不計，很推薦
