Outside, a sizable patio overlooking the Gulf beckons. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking: This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Cars parking onsite must visibly display a pass on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Overflow parking is across the street. The overflow lot uses the same gate code. Other details to note: Guests will find a dumpster to the right of the entrance of the complex, after passing through the gate. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed.
