ASURE Brookvale Motel recensioner

Situated close to town and all the amenities, would definitely stay there if we went again . 

I fractured my shoulder at Mt Cook the day before I was due to check in and wasn't able to travel/drive. Asked hotel for a refund and was refused, despite showing documentation from both hotel and hospital regarding my accident. I understand that the hotel has no obligation to assist me, but the lack of compassion and understanding leaves a lot to be desired, and we will most definitely not choose this hotel given another chance.

We really love it. Worth staying. The kitchen has everything we need. Got choices of Morning coffee 😊

Nice location with free parking lots

Handy little motel. Close to shopping centre,food shops and eateries. Neat little kitchen. Great bed , but pillows like rocks.

Great location right on the edge of downtown. Great street food options available right across the street. Shops and supermarket available within 5 minutes walk

酒店提前電郵通知入住當天沒有員工當值，在電郵告知了如何入住。房間很大，有廚房，可以泊車在門口。不過到鎮中心有點距離，所以我們都是駕車，鎮上和湖邊很多位置可以停泊。

衛生乾淨，服務態度很好，就是美中不足，衝洗用品用完沒有補充🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

位置方便，有免費停車位，衞生環境都一般，就是離市中心近，湊合住住

酒店房間不錯，衞生打掃和房間送的咖啡，茶，巧克力飲料都很好很多。酒店各服務都OK。整體性價比挺好的。

離瓦納卡之樹開車約5分鐘，走到湖邊大概十分鐘。停車位置不多，到酒店時停車位已經滿了，路邊又不能停車，結果老闆娘把自己的車位讓了出來。大概是靠近景點，房價感覺有點貴，性價比不是很高

車位有保證，位置市中心，各方面很方便。 沒有電梯，要把行李扛上二層。 房間佈置還可以，適合4口之家。
