The Westin Shimei Bay Resort recensioner

The resort is really beautiful, and because the compound is big, you don’t feel like there’s a lot of people. One drawback is if you’re flying to Sanya airport you need to take a 1.5 hour taxi ride to the resort. What’s worse is the route going from hotel back to airport is blocked because of roadworks which means we had to find alternative transportation otherwise it would take double the time. I wish the hotel had mentioned this when we booked, it really inconvenience us a lot as we were travelling with family. I only realised this the day before leaving the hotel and only then I decided to change to high speed rail. Overall if I ever come back to Sanya, I would come back to this resort, but maybe without kids the next time!

We had a great time at the Westin, a smooth check-in and Tiffany took care of us and connected to assist us in the arrangements inclusive the trip outside the hotel. As well Xiao Xu our housekeeper did a nice job for our room

It was a very good experience, though it was cut short due to unforeseeable events, Cara Xu’s (小许管家）service was one of the highlights that we will remember. The excellent service would be our reason to recommend this hotel. 非常感谢 Cara 许，您的服务令人惊艳，下次再见！

It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

Very good stay at Westin Shimeiwan. The beach is clean but you cannot swim. The 50 meters long pool was really a plus. The hotel offers a wechat concierge service. 小徐同学吖offered very customized and caring services. Riyuewan with surf clubs and restaurants are 10mn drive away. Very convenient location.

酒店海景房視野開闊明亮、大廳氣派、羊羊部落每天活動豐富，微信羣和酒店管家欣欣及時的溝通預訂活動和找到活動點位；早餐自助餐也種類豐富；酒店自費的餐飲店都很豪華；主打親子不費爸媽。可惜我辦理退房那天發現黃金耳環丟了，破財。附加一段很出彩的噴火🔥的表演。

非常喜歡的一家酒店，海景絕對無敵，海景房景色一級，特別要讚美的是酒店50m的室內泳池，隔着遮陽玻璃，暖暖的陽光灑下來，開放式的窗外滿目綠色，太愜意了；還要讚美一下酒店的客房管家Mia，漂亮，周到，熱情，很為客人着想；酒店的餐飲選擇很多，價格也不貴，自助早餐很是豐富，那碗糟粕醋粉完美好吃；酒店套餐裏的旅拍更是一個喜歡，椰樹、沙灘、海天一色太愛了，下次萬寧旅行定會繼續選它。

服務：非常好，管家mile小姐服務事無鉅細，幫忙推薦周邊吃喝玩樂，小朋友過生日還送了一個蛋糕到房間，服務非常貼心到位。 衞生：很不錯，房間乾淨清爽，早餐乾淨衞生新鮮，酒店裡麪清潔情況非常好，每天定時打掃房間 環境：環境優美，曲徑通幽，特別是粉紅沙灘，酒吧很有特色，傍晚燈光開啟顏色鮮艷靚麗，點一杯飲品看沙灘太棒了 早餐：品種豐富，中西本地特色水果應有盡有，這是我在海南玩了這麼多次第一次在一家酒店同時有陵水酸粉，後安粉，廣東腸粉和自助清補涼，非常贊 唯一需要改進的是礁湖泳池水質一般，不夠清澈乾淨，雖然游泳以後沒有不適，但是如果把水質做好就更完美了

這次是帶着父母一起，房間很大，兩室兩衞，衞生間裏都有浴缸。陽台看出去就是海邊，景色很好。就是在酒店呆著他們也很開心，整體很滿意。管家鄺鄺，有任何問題都能妥善快速的解決。

地理位置很好，環境也好面朝大海，門口有一大塊草坪拍照很出片。小童泳池雖然感覺有點臟，但是每天的泡泡派對孩子還是不亦樂乎的，還有最愛的手工課，真的是輕鬆帶娃好去處。酒店服務還是很好的，一下車就有小哥哥幫忙一起拿行李，入住時還貼心的把行李拿到房間去。房間很大，設計上洗漱間上稍微有點不方便。其他都很貼心，特別是管家Mile，時時刻刻在線，真的是隨叫隨到，回覆及時，由於房間離大堂太遠，還幫我們拿外賣💋歡迎水果和蛋糕也是管家精心準備的，讓我們有一個美好的度假時光。
