Wanning Shenzhou Peninsula private sea Villa Hotel recensioner

Service from the reception was nice and the view was beautiful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was just ok though.

Located at the tip of sheng zhou peninsula, with an amazing view of the light house. Booked the 5 room villa and was given an upgrade to a bigger one with a direct view of the sea. The duty manager is a gem of a person who does everything with pride and efficiency. The place is also quiet compared to more established hotel crawling with tourist. So if you want an affordable place that big enough to house 10 pax, this would be a great choice.

Checked in late because of flight delay and only to find out that our room with pool view was given to person who arrived before. Then they said they upgraded our room but when reached the room. It was literally the worst room with little to no pool/sea view. The room size was very small and very dusty and didn’t feel clean. I was disappointed slightly with the room but moreover disappointed by the dishonesty when they said they gave a better room but look more like super downgraded compared to the picture from the selection made in booking. I communicated with the dissatisfaction where they tried to give another room which was similar as before. Room was very dusty and smelled like cigarettes. For that night just stayed in the room as it was too late. Immediately booked another hotel for next night even though had two night bookings and the booking was non-refundable. I wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible. Next morning they offered another upgrade to bigger room which looked good but the damage was done and had already booked another hotel. Just changed to another hotel, non refundable so decide to not dispute with refund as I wanted to leave asap. If you are willing to spend atleast a little bit more you can get far more better hotels/resort around here.

The manager was extremely pleasant and supportive. First class service will 100% recommend.

The staff and general manager are superb. Staff says hello and smiles. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nutritious and fresh. I like this location. The is ocean is pleasant. Mr Liao the GM is kind. And his team is helpful. I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel was very nice and staff very friendly They upgraded my room upon arrival. Breakfast was great. There was 2-3 restaurants in the resort area to choose from and food was good, plus served nicely. However hotel was a little far from beach and other services, around 4-5km. And no good public pool for swimming either.

The manager was really friendly.The rooms are very clean .Front desk was also very helpful and my room got upgraded .Definitely loved my stay here and would be coming back next time .Thank you !

Good service! Great access to a private beach.

The hotel is all right.. Payed almost 500 for a night but it’s literally just a bed.. The room is too small to even open my luggage so I kept mine in the balcony otherwise we wudnt be able to move. It can be better when it comes to cleanliness, the bathroom is pretty dirty and ants are everywhere in the balcony..Anyway not a bad stay after all but if i’ll stay again? I’ll choose to pay a little bit more for a nicer room where I can breathe. View outside the hotel isn’t bad though.

The service here is exceptional, they are constantly trying to make sure you’re comfortable as a guest. It’s far but you can use a didi. I don’t care much for the breakfast.

Breakfast was basic and simple. Choices of fruits, egg station, some cereals, coffee, fresh noodles, toaster. There is a pool too, but more for playing in than swimming. The beach is a short 10 minutes drive away. I had rented a car. The beach was probably the best I had been too in Hainan. I did all the water activities there.

1.地理位置好：離浮潛、沖浪🏄和景點距離都比較近，在別墅區裏面很安靜，在房間可以海景（晚上海邊還會有人放煙花🎆） 2.金牌服務🥇：到別墅區門口會有專人和專車幫忙接送行李（對於女生簡直太友好了，不用自己搬行李箱） 3.房間設施：整體設計裝修風格很有品味，各類設施齊全，被褥乾淨衞生整潔 4.其他亮點：真的超級出片，別墅區的海景，風景和泳池真的超級好看。

房間很不錯，給免費升級了全海景雙床，打開窗就是燈塔，隔海相望，視野超級棒，晚上海浪聲也能聽到，早起還能看個日出（雖然我沒看），可以租個**車自己開車去燈塔很方便，路途有點距離啦！神州半島的海岸線真的很美！
