We love the peace & quiet that this accommodation offered. The room, including the toilet, was cosy and clean. The breakfast prepared by the host was excellent. Even the garden outside was very good for a relaxing walk in the morning.

We spent a great night in Warburton at the Buttercup Hill. The location is great, a very quiet relaxing spot a km or 2 outside of the main business area of Warburton. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Kim, who showed us around and loaded us up with useful local information. Our room was one of 3 bedrooms in an older heritage style cottage. We had a nice ensuite bathroom in our room and there was a large common area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and the Wifi internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast cooked up by Kim the next morning – super delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

What an amazing little gem. The house was wonderful and so clean. So many fantastic little touches around the place, including home made cookies. Grounds were stunning. Chickens, home grown veggies and wonderful views. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Kim the owner was so welcoming and really makes Buttercup Hill the amazing place it is. We will be back 😊

Absolutely loved our time at Buttercup Hill. The hostess is lovely and cooked amazing breakfasts each morning. Kim was kind and caring, and knowledgeable about what the area, had to offer for visitors The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and rooms were great, with large ensuites, for each room. A fridge was provided for those who bought food with them. The grounds were lovely and a great garden to lookout over, from the veranda. If you bring bikes there is a great river ride for the energetic people. We can only say a big thank you to Kim the host of Butter Cup Hill for making our 3 day break an extremely lovely break away. Highly recommend a stay at Butter Cup Hill. Regards the Alex and Iris :-)

Lovely b&b set in a quiet & beautiful elevated location surrounded by gardens. Rooms are spacious, comfy beds & great facilities. Kim cooks breakfast fresh each morning & the food is creative & delicious. Highly recommended. Exceeded my expectations.

Having never been to a bed & breakfast, I decided to book something new for my partners 50th. I could not have chosen a more perfect setting. The accommodation was so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Our host Kim was so friendly and the best chef ever! I had been in contact prior to our stay and booked a 3 course meal for dinner on my partners birthday. It was perfect. The meal was absolutely amazing. So delicious. Breakfast the next day was equally sensational. We are both so glad we chose Buttercup Hill for this occasion. Highly recommend. Thank you Kim!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this peaceful oasis in Warburton. Our hostess, Kim was very thoughtful in providing an unhurried experience, with the most amazing cooked breakfast and other treats to enjoy during the day. Exploring the grounds around the cottage was delightful too. A perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With a number of short walks in the area, there is plenty to see and do.

We spent a night at Buttercup Hill, Warburton. Now we wished we’d booked it for at least two nights! It was delightful with a superb setting and a fabulous host. Kim was genuinely warm and friendly, and provided a delicious breakfast. All of it cooked from scratch. She is a passionate cook with a great interest in baking; including her scrumptious homemade bread. The room was very comfortable with lovely view on the veranda. Excellent faculties with a very peaceful and restful environment. Heartily recommend Buttercup Hill.
