Stayed for one night to break up a long journey. The room was small for a family room. We could not connect to WiFi. Some fixtures and fittings in the room (eg plug sockets and bedside light) were broken or not working and the TV was small considering this was a family room. No food was available in the evening meaning we had to venture out elsewhere for something to eat when we arrived in the evening.

Lovely food,amazing service especially from a member of staff called Alice,lovely evening thank you,would highly recommend,just stopped here for an over night stay but would definitely come again, it's nice that's the hotel is next door so just a nice walk across

Service in premier inn restaurant and bar was excellent. Very attentive staff, particularly Hazel, Alice and Simon 👍 Very friendly and professional. Meal deal was very good value and staff gave recommendations re food and drink. Would definitely return 👍

Bad experience in the hotel and with the reception team. The wifi was down in some areas of the hotel when we stayed and this was not communicated to us when we checked in. The wifi did not reach our end of the hallway and reception just kept handing us ultimate wifi codes, even when it was explained to them that it does not matter if we have that the wifi disconnects from us when we get to our end of the hallway. After complaining to Premier Inn they gave me a generic answer which was probably used on the other 6+ people who complained and were hot spotting our entire night stay.

So, I stayed here to attend a function for a function in Worcester. Despite being very local anyway, a group of friends were also staying here, so I did too. I have to say the Premier Inns are a "does what is says on the tin" kind of hotel, but the service was first class here. I think the managers name is Jake, he was really friendly and professional. The room was spotless and the breakfast the following day was really good quality. I can't remember all the staff names who I dealt with, but they were all friendly and professional.
