Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins

We stopped here on our way to Florida for cruise. They were under going a renovation by the signs but I couldn’t tell it at all. The place was very clean and decorated for the holidays in the lobby. Chris checked us in and what an amazing smile we were greeted with. Amazing customer service and quick check in!!!! We came back for dinner and asked for some water for the room since we already drank them when we arrived. He gladly escorted me to the water and juggled them around for an added touch. This of course made me smile and ended my long day on the road on a good note. Thanks so much for the clean hotel and friendly staff for our entire stay. Our hot fresh breakfast and checkout were quick and painless!!

On our way back home to Tampa Bay following exit due to Hurricane Milton. Thankfully, we were able to find a room at the Hilton Garden Inn, Warner Robins, GA. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, the king bed absolutely dreamy comfy, and flatscreen provided great viewing! There was a Krups coffee maker that made my day:-) Staff great and accommodating. Not one complaint from this traveler! This is why we travel with Hilton whether staying at an upscale Conrad or a Garden. You are always great! Thank you Hilton! Loyal Diamond Member

The accommodations were fine, spacious room clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast however was very poor. The breakfast lady seemed more interested in looking at her phone than assisting with breakfast arrangements. Had to ask, on two separate occasions, for milk and again for cutlery. Worst of all however there was mould on a bagel which they apologised for but which should not have happened. The bagels we did have whilst not mouldy were certainly not fresh. Other items in breakfast dishes not replenished. Very very poor show.

Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room clean and comfortable. The problem was with breakfast. We prepaid the premium price for breakfast. We arrived about 7:30 a.m. We weren't greeted. Never asked if we wanted coffee or juice. Were handed a plastic utensil package each. The hot buffet was tepid. The cold buffet had no fruit in the bowl & not replenished the entire time we were sitting. The muffins & bagels were not fresh. We have had wonderful experiences in many HIs. This was disappointing and when I mentioned it to the staff as we checked out I was met with complete disinterest! Very disappointing!! Several days later we did received an email from the owner indicating they would look into the situation. We never heard another word. Extremely disappointing once again.

If you're looking for hotels to stay at in Warner Robins, Georgia, look no further than the Hilton Garden Inn. It is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel in the future!

Started off poorly when I approached the front desk for check in and the clerk said “ Did you make your reservation today?” There was no hello, no welcome, no smiles….I said excuse me, are you asking me about my reservation? Indeed she was and IF I had booked today she was sending me next door to another Hilton hotel because HER SYSTEM had been down all day. Fortunately ( or not) I had made the reservation several days before…so I could be checked in. No acknowledgement, personal greeting, etc. and I am a Diamond HH member…so I thought her rudeness was peculiar. Oh well. Next clerk insisted I give her my credit card and id, which is “on file” but due to her system being down, could not see. She walks away from the desk, out of sight, with my credit card for a good 5 minutes and then returns with a photocopy of my credit card just tossed into a pile of other photo copies and papers. Ooooh by now I am super annoyed at the lack of regard for the privacy of my credit card. This should never happen at any establishment and it makes me suspicious of illegal activity. I finally get keys and ask this clerk about my HH welcome waters or something….the response was there is water in your room. After getting to the room I discover no internet ( I guess it was part of the system problem). I called Miss Congeniality at the front desk who tells me she guesses she will “HAVE TO”provide me with the special promo code. Again I was treated like she was doing me a big favor to stay at the Warner Robins Hilton Garden Inn. At check out, a different clerk never asked how my stay was and looked mad at the world. I asked for a paper copy of receipt at which point I pointed out I had not received my HH food credit. She snatches the receipt out of my hand and proceeds to “fixit”. No apologies, nothing! I checked this because on a previous stay at this same hotel I had to REQUEST my Hilton Honors food credit. This is probably my LAST STAY at Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins. BTW, cooked breakfast and server were very nice.
