Waterfront Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms in a peaceful neighborhood. Well maintained, bright, cheery, clean home. The lower level has one bedroom and one bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and living room. The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper sitting area is accessible through both bedrooms and has beautiful views of the lake. It is a great place to sit and read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet. We have a large smart TV with Spectrum Cable in the Living-room. There is also a TV with Spectrum Cable in the upstairs Master Bedroom. WIFI is throughout the entire house and you should be able to stay connected even at the end of the boat docks. We have some board games available. Enjoy the beautiful lake views while sitting on the back deck or on the upper sitting area. There is a Holland Gas Grill on the back deck for you to enjoy grilling your freshly caught fish or some burgers as the kids play in the back yard. There is plenty of space to dock your boat at one of the many boat slips and there is an area for parking your Boat trailer. If you enjoy kayaking, this is a great area because there is minimum boat traffic. Enjoy some great fishing right off the boat docks. The water is approximately 8 feet deep at the end of the boat dock. We enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a great place to take that morning walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Gaston or just sit on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee.
