Premier Inn Warrington Central North

Lovely hotel, nice and clean great breakfast but as usual for premier inn the staff are overstretched. That being said the lady that was on desk and running the breakfast did her uppermost to keep a smile on and server everyone in a timely manner. Did not catch her name. My only criticism would be that she did not ask one person if they had allergies but in her defence with any job, when you are going to give someone too many balls to juggle they will undoubtedly drop one. PREMIER INN STOP STRETCHING YOUR STAFF TO BREAKING POINT.

Very good standard. Excellent choice of breakfast, and cooked to order so piping hot. Waitress in breakfast room very pleasant and welcoming (Daria). Went for the Premier Plus room which was clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional value and service for the money, staff attentive without being intrusive, and a superb value Breakfast every day

Stayed 3 nights as a base to attend a wedding locally and meet up with family. Room was clean and well furnished. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, plenty to choose from in cereals fruit etc and nice to have hot food specially ordered rather than buffet style. Staff were very friendly and our waitress was lovely, didn’t get her name but she was Polish. Would definitely return.

Awful service, staff shouting outside of door at 10 to 12 to tell us to leave the room because check out is at 12, told them we are about to leave and carried on shouting, foreign lady on desk immediately shouted at us asking if we were ‘room 208’ and proceeded to have a go at us for checking out at 12:04, extremely rude, she is an embarrassment to the company, will never return simply because of her bad attitude towards customers

Julia cleaned our room. I have to say we were extremely happy with the condition of the room. The toilet, bed and surfaces have all been cleaned immaculately and it makes the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Very clean indeed. Thankyou Julia

The hotel was in convenient location both for M6 motorway and for access to surrounding stores for food and shopping. Hotel was quiet, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. Hotel room very good value for family overnight stay.

The stay was pleasant though the breakfast could be better. The location is perfect as it's at the centre of Warrington, meaning I could go basically everywhere in the borough within 10 to 20 min. Overall it was pretty impressive.

My sister and I visited Warring to visit family. We had a wonderful welcome from Connor who checked up in. Our room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep and went to breakfast. The lovely waitress ( who had worked there for 15 years, sorry I didn’t catch her name) helped us with a small issue we had and it was quickly taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and was quickly cooked and delivered so it was very hot.
