Friendly staff Lovely modern rooms Very clean and comfortable beds Very quiet rooms Great location We stayed here as a base for a family trip to Liverpool for the football. It's a perfect location and we will definitely stay again the next time we go to see Liverpool

Needed a nice clean, comfortable room for an overnight stay, when visiting Warrington. This pace was ideal. Decent location. Easy to get to. Staff were lovely. Everything was as expected. Nice comfy beds, clean room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning too! Grand.

Excellent staff , the manageress was so helpful . We arrived early so we couldn’t check into our room, she kindly let us leave our luggage behind the desk safe and sound . This must be one of the best premiere inns in England , others need to take note of how to run such an establishment ! Everything clean , tidy , no mess or litter about , the room was so comfy , clean and warm . Breakfast also is up there with the best , well cooked and anything you wanted ,, even the porridge was made fresh ,, so thankyou to all the staff at the premier inn Warrington north central who looked after us on the 1/2/25 much appreciated x

We stayed in 319. Nice and cozy room but the bathroom is cold due to a very cold draft coming from behind the toilet panel. We had breakfast sunday morning 02.02. The waitress was extremely nice and she was on the top of everything. Next time we will request for bath.

Room was freezing heating totally inadequate controls indecipherable Difficult to set and switched off every hr. At the end of our stay told we could have had a mobile heater. Why is that because the heating is rubbish. Freezing cold bathroom no heating at all. Who ever commissioned this design needs to reviewed. So bring your own heater and hot water bottle. Waking up to a freezing cold room and a freezing cold toilet seat is just not on. Staff were great.

If I could give this hotel and the staff members a 10* rating I would! Sadly on new years day me and my daughters were affected by flooding. Since arriving here the staff have been wonderful, warm welcome and very supportive. No request has been too big or too small, the staff have been amazing trying to make us feel safe and comfortable, going the extra mile on a daily basis! Special thank you to Nadia and Duty manager Daria for going above and beyond!
