Checked in and was met with a young lady called Rachael, and there was a bald gentleman too. Requested before hand for a cot to be placed in the room, when we got there it was all set up and ready for us. Both were absolutely lovely and very efficient. Great stay, definitely recommend.

Well, I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! I arrived for a short stay (3 days) and was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Joshua, even before he began to check me in he asked me some questions about my trip which I love because it makes it feel so much more personal! For dinner I was served by Rachel, what a brilliant and polite young lady! And for breakfast I was served by a lady (I think her name was Pam?) and I really was just blown away by both of them, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel and my room was absolutely spotless! Thank you, I will definitely be back!

Large rooms, including baths and friendly staff. Good location just off the motorway. Free convenient parking. Cooked breakfast served to order and excellent quality. Not especially picturesque location but perfectly fine. A short drive to plenty of shops. About 30 mins from edge of Liverpool and Manchester.

Heating is poor, Room cold for a couple of hours on first entering , food wait times can be horrendous and food quality is very poor, I waited almost 3 hours for dinner one evening then when I got the food it was horrible, definitely would not take the meal deal again

Lovely clean room with a little treat for the kids. Very nice cooked breakfast and selection of fruit, cereals, baked treats and drinks. Pam was super attentive and very friendly to everyone, making sure everyone had what they wanted. Very nice experience. Would come here again.

As always with Premier Inn, room exactly as you expect! Room very clean as was the restaurant. Food was good and the staff were all very professional and welcoming. At less than £40 for the night it's almost cheaper than living at home! Good to have a room with a walk-in shower.

Smashing overnight stay on Friday 13th December. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However the staff namely Joshua, Pam and Ian were exceptional and are a credit to your organisation. Very friendly and efficient at what was an extremely busy period due to an issue at an other Inn. Massive thank you from Mike and Joyce.

Stayed at this Permier Inn last (as we always do while visiting family) and happy to say still great value for money they are at the moment do a lot of work so not as smart as usual but still very friendly staff especially Pam. She told about all the plan and about all the staff are really looking forward to the change. My husband and myself would like to wish all of the staff hotel bar kitchen etc a wonderful Christmas and very happy new year.Sue and Terry Christian (06/12/24) room 20.
