Great hotel with nice clean rooms. Nice style and quiet. The bathroom is added into the room, so it is not the most spacious layout but still large enough for two people. The location is a bit on the side of the city centre, so it is a longer walk to pałac kultury or old town.

Nice rooms, good design and friendly staff. Good connections with tram.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and the room is well designed with satisfactory amenities. There are two things I wish the hotel would work on: a smart TV that can't connect to the internet/screen mirroring; and the politeness of some staff at the reception could be improved.

The shower booth was not convenient. It has to be fixed.

Good location- close to the airport and Zahodnya bus station. Staff at the reception is very friendly, and organized an earlier check-in after a long flight. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious.

Services are good. Staff is responsive and polite. I had a good stay here.

Za trzecim razem było już najgorzej - najmniejszy pokój, na niskim piętrze, z niedziałającymi drzwiami. Słabej jakości kosmetyki. Czystość nie utrzymana. Zmiennie słaba obsługa na recepcji - złośliwa, kąśliwa i niepomocna. Nie usłysza pytania a już pada odpowiedź nie. U to podniesionym głosem. Powodzenia bo z takim attitude to ciężko utrzymać klientów

I chociaż hotel jest całkiem przyjazny, niestety nie można tego powiedzieć o zameldowaniu oraz przypisywaniu pokoi. Można bookowac inny a dostawać gorszy standard, z niesprawnymi drzwiami prysznicowymi. W momencie zwrócenia uwagi na recepcji - traktowanie z góry i spychanie, że może coś się jednak zwolni. Niestety, ale przez takie zachowanie na recepcji, raczej nie będę tutaj wracać, bo to drugi raz z rzędu. Wcześniej problemów nie bylo, było nawet miło, ale cóż. Skoro taka jest polityka...
