I love it! everything is pefect and i definitely will book it next time in Warsaw. 😀😀😀😆

Our experience of the hotel was very good. At the beginning we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorkeeper. The staff at reception were also helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and large. Gym, sauna pool very pleasant. The only remark is: to review the equipment I mean broken water dispenser at the sauna etc. And also the sauna at 8 30 was not warmed up.

The hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

A very nice hotel to stay! The hotel’s style is classic and the room is big and very clean. All the employees there are friendly and helpful! The location is not perfect but okay, there is a bus station under hotel and could arrive sights within 20 min. Overall it’s really nice and we really enjoyed the two days.

Jedynie czystość na plus. W pokojach za gorąco (26 stopni to przesada), klimatyzacja nie działa. Zgłoszone w recepcji bez odzewu. Poza basenem brak atrakcji dla dzieci.

Решили попробовать этот отель с мужем. Отель расположен в прекрасной локации. Комнаты очень большие и просторные, но кровать и подушки были супер неудобные. Матрас очень мягкий и низкий. Мы на таких спать не привыкли. На утро болела спина. Честно говоря, отель выглядит подуставшим, комнаты требуют обновления. Видимо в 2000ых это было супер как круто когда-то. Завтрак был не особо разнообразным, от 5* отеля ожидали большего. Единственным огромным плюсом было то, что можно пользоваться бассейном и спа. Огромное спасибо за поздний чек аут.
