By accident, we booked the stay 1 month in advance. As we were unable to change the reservation in reception upon arrival, we booked another stay for the present day and paid for the room again. We asked the hotel for cancellation of the future stay via trip.com, but hget refused twice already. Other than that, the stay could be pleasant.

About location is good but for their price must be more things in room . So first no slippers , only one big towel , any hotel must have small towel for face or hands! If you want toothbrushes you need to buy from reception 😂😂😂 So I can say I was in hostel . Room was clean but if you wanna stay some days in some hotel , don’t choose this one !

However, we meet the expectations of our guests and, for example, in the event of a request for additional towels, we always deliver them to the room. We do not have toothpaste and slippers as standard, we do not plan to change this in the near future. Well connected hotel in a really modern neighbourhood that has many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and clean room.

All was good. There is nice personal how is ready to help you any time and was good location for hotel in Warshaw. And breakfast was also good with lot option food choices. With babies also there is possible because in a room you can make food only we didn't have a baby bad but that's wasn't a problem for us. And nice plus there was air-conditioning.

Not a bad location. The facility was great - new and clean environment. I tried to call the hotel like 6 times before I get there to ask something and nobody picked it up and got frustrated

Un hôtel confortable, notre chambre n’était pas très grandes mais nous avions le nécessaire. Accessible facilement en tram et bus. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien, il contient du salé et du sucré ( le week-end après huit heure il y a des gaufres☺️ En bref un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Molto bene, un buon business hotel. A piedi buoni posti per mangiare, camera pulita. Acqua gratuita ad ogni piano dell’hotel con caraffa da riempirsi in modo autonomo. Finalmente non più bottiglie di plastica nelle camere
