Bad painting smelling on the guest's room 4th floor. Hotel is very good locations near by shopping mall and attraction area. Breakfast is quite good.

Nice location with fair price. However housekeeping entered our room and moved some of our stuff even though we had the “do not clean” tag hanging on the doorknob.

The Queen Classic at Level 6 is really nice. Love to stay here and sure will be back again. The receptionist RAFAR is very excellent in handling the customer and also friendly. This hotel very near with everything and easy process to check-in & check-out.

My stay at this hotel was shockingly bad. Let’s start with breakfast—rotten fruit and bug-infested juice. When I pointed out that there was an actual insect in my drink, the server casually replied, “Of course. Thank you” Excuse me? Is that supposed to be normal? Then there’s the room itself. The heating system was broken, both the radiator and the thermostat. No repairs, no room change—just a cheap space heater as a “solution.” In a supposedly premium hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, a terrible experience. A 4-star hotel should not operate like this, especially a reputable chain. Would absolutely not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the main train station and about 30 minutes from the airport. Staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only negative was the inconvenient location of the plug sockets.

The hotel location is great for shopping and sightseeing.

Great room at excellent location. It even has a sauna room. The breakfast has a large variety of choices, but might not be the best fit for asian visitors.
