Sound Garden Hotel Airport

The hotel was ok, it really lacks a mini-fridge and a kettle for a comfortable stay, but that was tolerable. What wasn’t tolerable is that the woman at the breakfast (the blond one), the one who cooked the omelettes, was really rude to clients. She was very condescending and let herself discuss clients in a very inappropriate way, commenting on clients’ happy “faces” (she used a very rude word), and how she was sick and tired of cooking for these disgustingly cheerful people, in her native language, which I understand (and probably not only me). She did this every day I was at the breakfast, so sometimes I just skipped the omelette so I don’t have to communicate with her. It is unacceptable for the staff to behave like that, if she doesn’t like working there, she should quit and work somewhere else. I suggest the management to look into her behavior and prevent this situation happening in the future, as it’s unlikely people would like you to come again after being treated like that.

Отель очень понравился. Номер небольшой, но оформлен оригинально. Находится рядом с автобусной остановкой - добирались быстро до центра.

Biznesowy hotel, restauracja na najwyższym poziomie, niedaleko lotniska, dobrze skomunikowany z centrum i dworcem. Pokój standard niewielki, łóżko wygodne. Uwaga przeszklona łazienka tzn. między pokojem a łazienka zamiast ściany jest szyba😁 śniadania przepyszne. Hotel godny powrotu👍👍👍👍
