Unfortunately there were only 2 young lads working in the whole hotel. They didn’t seem very knowledgable, they charged me for the stay although I had already paid through trip - they did refund me, but that was after I went to speak to them showing them my bank statement.. and my husband then had to go back again to get the refund sorted! For some reason speaking to me wasn’t enough!! They had hardly any meals available in the restaurant. Only burgers! The room itself needs a massive uplift, the bathroom looked really unclean and falling apart. Really sad stay considering it was part of a Christmas gift. Definitely won’t be returning.

Could someone please post a photo of the parking tariff for Premier Inn Warwick. Stopped here to visit family that were staying in the hotel....only there for 1 hour...have just received a parking ticket and trying to get information about the tariff is almost impossible....from the hotel and also the company that run the car park.

Sharon welcomed me with a smile and was extremely helpful. The rooms are standard Premier Inn but always a comfortable sleep! Restaurant on site is handy although a large number of items were not available on the menu and the food was fairly bland. But all in all an easy business stay.

Great staff. Good bed. Would recommend. Breakfast was also great. The staff went the extra mile to help and they had warm smiles. It was lovely, we will go back. Car parking can be limited if busy, but you can park on the grass overflow area. Nice

Overall good stay for price. I believe the website was misleading showing that it is a premier inn plus when not all rooms are. Cleanliness of bathroom was not good at all. Shower curtain was disgusting and dirty and snobs on it. Was sent a qr code to check in which didn't work so had to wait to be checked in anyway. Breakfast was ok but not the best .
