The Warwick Arms Hotel

一個完全沒法洗澡的地方，水特別小！地板是斜的。酒店大堂明亮乾淨，設計不錯。但房間內部不敢恭維。地板傾斜，無法淋浴，沒有電梯🛗。

We stayed here in July 2024, on arrival at the hotel we were advised that there wasn’t a room for us in the hotel despite booking several months in advance. We were moved across to an airbandb. I feel a courtesy call in advance would have been a polite and professional way of dealing with them over booking the hotel. The air b and b is cheaper online to book than the rate we paid for the hotel. We had to walk and find the door, codes to get into a building etc. Considering they moved us, it would have been polite for them to take our bags etc and show us the way. If we had wanted an airbandb we would have booked that option over a hotel. On arrival to the room under the sides of the bed had not been hovered. Making me feel the room was not very clean. The following morning we had to trek back to the hotel for breakfast. That is a juggling act with the lids, spoons etc and the amount of bean sauce and food over the serving area is off putting. They need to ask a member of the team to wipe this more frequently. I followed this up with “the best hotel” and in the area, to find their response poor. What was a first stay away from our children in 5 years, (instead of children friendly hotels and family breaks) where we were looking forward to a relaxing, stress free stay was not so enjoyable. The hotel need to improve their customer service and their response if they had just been a bit more understanding it may have softened how I feel, but even after my follow up they were very dismissive! Go back and work on some basics. It will greatly improve your customers experience.

What a lovely stay we had, staff were efficient and attentive, especially Ethan on reception who looked after us so well! Used car park at the rear of hotel, which was great! Room was lovely, bed was really comfy! Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice!

We hadn't expected our superior double room to actually be in the annexe but were very happy with it in the main though we had to keep the blinds shut all weekend as we felt a bit 'exposed' with them open to the courtyard. The double bed was smaller than we were used to so not the best sleep. One thing that really impressed us was the staff who really did their very best to make everything perfect and were so friendly; special mention to Ethan and Sam who were both exceptional. The purpose of our visit was an annual get together with a group of friends. We all stayed at the hotel and held our meeting there on the Saturday. Any little hiccups were dealt with quickly. The Saturday night meal was also held at the hotel in the restaurant and I didn't hear any complaints which is pretty good for a large group of 14. Breakfast was a bit disappointing I will say; fried eggs were undercooked and 'snotty' and nearly everything was only lukewarm. I'd suggest this needs addressing. As this was the only thing we found disappointing, I'd definitely feel able to recommend the hotel which is in a great location (near the castle and very central) and has a handy little carpark at the rear.

Fish and chips and a glass of fizz for the Bank Holiday. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Best fish and chips we’ve had for a long time. Well worth the visit. The hotel has undergone extensive renovation and the restaurant is well worth a visit with a new chef and wide menu.

Tried to book online Saturday afternoon for Sunday lunch it goes through a web called Do Jo….they replied will get back as soon as a table becomes available…called twice Sunday morning 10am & 11am only answer machine available no return calls….a total shambles cancelled booking went elsewhere online & completed in 30secs…definitely a waste of time to use Warwick Arms…

Stayed at the Warwick Arms Hotel for a couple of nights to celebrate our sons 30th Birthday. Everything was spot on Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special We could not of ask for more. Food was excellent, rooms spotless waiting staff, Bar staff and receptionists we're all friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying again Thank you for making our weekend special for us.

Wonderful stay at the Warwick Arms hotel this past weekend. The hotel, I believe, was full to capacity, but the staff never looked flustered or less that accommodating. All requests were met with friendliness, professionalism and smiles. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities were available in room. Despite being there for only 2 nights, room service was available each day we were there. We had breakfast at the hotel. There was variety and plenty. As we were visiting family and eating with them, we didn't avail of dinner option. The location of the hotel is right in the centre of Warwick, minutes from castle and square. Couldn't ask for better. Close enough to the action, but just removed enough so as not to be noisy at night. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The shower is in the bath which wasn't a problem, but if a walk in shower s preferred, it would be best to request. We were on the 1st floor so took the stairs. Not sure if there was a lift? All in all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Warwick Arms and if we're back that way, I'm sure it will be our 'go to'.

Lots of positives about this hotel, based on our experience of a one night stay here whilst attending the music festival at Warwick Castle. Great location and very friendly engaging staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. We had a really excellent Sunday roast lunch in the restaurant, and checked into one of the recently refurbished superior rooms on the first floor, which had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, even though staff were a little overwhelmed with a lot of guests arriving all at once. Maybe extending the breakfast service until 10a.m might relieve the pressure? This is a hotel that is trying really hard to please across all areas of service, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
