Everything was perfect！Spacious, comfortable room, they allowed me to check in early, room service was good. My only complaint is that there was no do not disturb sign.

The location is near the white house. But that is really not a great location to be in. The staff is very very unwelcome. The guy who checked me in was very very rude. Forget about amenities, they do not even give water in the room. You can go to the reception and beg for water. I say beg because the people at reception are not happy giving you a bottle of water. The guy who checked me in did not offer any water to us. They tried to cheat us with extra charges for valet parking, which we did not use!! They did reverse the charges but no apologies. Be careful if you have already booked. If not, Better look for somewhere else.

Wonderful location, friendly staff! Clean room and comfortable beds. The reception desk is very friendly. Although there is this destination fee of $25 per day, it could be spent as credits inside the hotel to buy food and drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of DC. We checked in for the 4th of July celebration and it was so easy to go to our destination and back to the hotel. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite since the room we booked is not available. The Suite was so nice and just perfect gor a family with 2 kids!

Hotel was located in a convenient location right next to the White House. The room was spacious and clean, and amenities were sufficient. The reception gives water as well, which was great. Hotel gift shop was interesting.

What an amazing property!!!! The moment we pulled up to the property the stellar service and red carpet was rolled out! The door man Mohamed a true veteran and class act! He shared all of my options as a guest in reference to my parking and ultimately provided us with a reserved parking spot right in front of the building bravo bravo sir!!! The check in process was just as stellar with our friend Frank Poku he is all a guest service agent needs to be professional, courteous, with so much knowledge of the area and the property itself!!! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and a perfect location on a high floor. This will be our property of choice for every DC trip moving forward!!! tProfessional,

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. It’s generally a good experience. The hotel room was clean and the size was just right for two people to stay. The location is awesome! There are nice restaurants options nearby. And the price at this season was reasonable. Recommend it.
