Hampton Inn Turnersville (Philadelphia Area)

We stayed 2 nights in an oversized king suite on the top floor. The building is very far back from the road, so street noise was not a problem. It was a clean, spacious room with everything we needed. It was somewhat sterile in decor, no carpet, but that doesn't matter to me as long as it's clean. My only complaint about the room was the climate control, which was confusing to set and seemed slow to respond to changes. Shower was nice and hot. We did not use the hot tub in the suite. The self-serve breakfast was OK, but the juice machine was broken both mornings and the cut melon tasted off, so neither my husband nor I wanted to finish it. The 24-hour lobby coffee was GREAT, offering a choice of dark roast, light roast, or decaf. I love the ability to check in and open the room with the Hilton app digital key. We'll probably return to this property the next time we come to South Jersey to visit relatives.

Good location.. Mark at the front desk was awesome. I had a challenge un related to the hotel and her was very accommodating to some last second decision on staying an extra night. I leave up these business trips right after the breakfast and the breakfast staff opened 30 minutes early for me. So I could get on the road.

I was happy with my stay. Room did seem modern. Did not hear any outside noise. Room seemed larger than average. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave were included. Bed was comfortable. Drapes kept room fairly dark in the morning. All was clean. Hard floor which I guess is cleaner. However I did feel compelled to keep my voice down as when I talked there was a echo, and thus I did not want my neighbors to hear me. Hotel seemed in the late stages of a renovation.

The hotel may be under renovations but that did not take away from our experience! Our room was beautifully renovated and while they said breakfast options were limited the breakfast bar offered every option every other Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at offered!

Do not go! I thought I was walking into a condemned building. The manager indicated they posted that they have been under renovation since March everywhere but I didn’t see it here or on the Hilton app. We were able to cancel and got a room in a town nearby.

While I certainly have realistic expectations about a Hamptons Inn, felt a few things should be shared. The staff was great, personable and helpful. However, the room was a little run down. Lots of chips in the furniture and what not. But there were bigger issues: housekeeping never came to clean the room/change towels. The wifi never worked and I was given a phone number to call about it- no one ever picked up and I tried multiple times. There was definitely a dead fly and hair around the shower upon my arriving. The room was interesting...there was no closet. All that said, the bed & pillows were comfortable, so I did sleep well.

We had an enjoyable stay at this location! Clean and conveniently located, and the staff is very friendly. Mark at the front desk was GREAT! Was easy to drive to several places to eat. It’s located close to Rowan University which makes it very easy for families visiting students or just there for orientation!

After seeing some of the reviews, I wasn't expecting to be wowed. We were traveling with our dog and online the additional cost said $50. Upon arrival, I was given the Pet policy and it showed the cost as $75. When I questioned it, I was told to speak to a manager who wasn't there. The room was large and comfortable but there was a delay getting hot water when showering. We contacted the front desk who said Maintenance would take care of it. The next day, the shower water was at best, lukewarm unless the water ran for ten minutes. The hotel was gracious enough to only charge for one of the two nights we were there and they evn waived the entire pet fee. So KUDOS to them. The hotel is located on a busy road with lots of food destinations within a mile. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Parking is free and the lot is large. So after a lukewarm start, our stay worked out better than expected thanks to the staff and management.

I’m very disappointed in my stay I booked a room and I was in the bathroom the ceiling dropped over top me luckily I moved out the way I didn’t get any type of discount anything they moved my room to a smaller room too that wasn’t even the same size I’m very disappointed I didn’t get any type of compensation I’m very disappointed in my stay the breakfast was terrible eggs 0/0
