Liked the hotel, location was good for Harry Potter experience and tube access to London My one main criticism is the lack of air con in the rooms. Myself along with other guests had to prop our doors open with furniture as the corridors have air con, but not the rooms. Woke up one morning and the temperature gauge said it was 27.5 degrees in the room. Sweltering

We have previously reviewed this hotel and we are sad to say things haven't changed. On arrival no one at reception and booking in machine was not working. Finally someone turned up to book us in. Room had marks on paintwork dents in walls but the dirtiest was the bathroom!! A simple wipe of the wall tiles took off the dirty grime with ease. Mould all over,we have since had a refund and will definitely now never stay here again.

We had a slight problem with our room. The young woman on duty called Jayden was brilliant. She changed our room immediately with no fuss and was very professional and kind. She is a credit to her company. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

We stayed here on a visit to Harry Potter . The staff were amazing and our children were so happy when the staff gave them a Harry Potter wand on arrival . Great place to stay for visiting London or Harry Potter studios . Rooms clean and comfortable.

There is no air conditioning in rooms it was only may and the room temperature was 26 degrees next day they gave a fan to put in the room the next night it went down to 23 Degrees but it left me having a migraine as so warm did complain at reception but was told it was because it was a old hotel and not updated would be wary of going there in the summer months

Lovely and friendly staff in the restaurant, great information about Harry Potter Studios, which we were due to visit. The room wasn’t very clean, thick dust on the carpet round the edges especially by the bed, glitter on floor in bathroom presumably from last guest and sink taking a long time to empty.
