The balcony overlooks the forest and is a wonderful spot for privacy and to enjoy serenity and the stars. You will have great parking and easy access to this home with everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Yosemite. I live in the lower apartment roughly half time and have a completely separate entrance. The parking area is monitored by a security camera.
