Whenever we visit Taj properties we always find their hospitality is the best among the industry, this time our experience further enriched specially would like to mention name of few of their staffs chef Raj Mohan ,Omada and Neha, Thank u so much for your hospitality.

Neha, Raj Mohan handled customer service really well, they helped customise order to what we wanted and ensured we were comfortable. The food was very good and all of us enjoyed it more than anything in wayanad. Looking forward to have the same service quality from the team

We had a quick stop for a day at Taj Wayanad. From reserving our rooms, to providing a wonderful experience, the stay at the Taj was exemplary even with turbulent monsoon weather. Shoutout to the attentive staff, from Bibina at check-in, servers and Mr. Raj at the Shamiana restaurant and Bar Lounge, for going the extra mile for accommodating requests and providing a comfortable stay at this breathtaking Taj property.

We had such a relaxed stay in Taj Wayanad in May 2025.The ambience was luxurious and the hospitality was amazing . Be it the front desk staff, the manager , chef at the restaurant everyone took great care of us in every possible way. Memorable souvenir like the photo frame was such a sweet gesture from the staff.
