Quality Inn & Suites

This establishment is a total joke! I was charged an additional $5 by reception as third party booking I later reported that our internet and phone wasn’t working - I was told it was! So much for customer service. My device connected without a problem at reception but not at my room - another guest also wasn’t able to connect. Despite this the receptionist was completely unhelpful and did absolutely nothing to address the issues. Quality Inn???? What quality - absolutely disgusted with this place. If you’re thinking about a stay - DONT! I’ve never written a review before but was so angered by this total disregard for customer service that I felt compelled to write.

Me and my husband had a two night reservation, the room was a little run down but it seemed ok since we were not going to stay long. After the first night my husband and I were laying on the bed in our birthday suits and an older men unlocks and opens the door without knocking or announcing himself!! My husband was so pissed off and I was shocked and scared. We went to check out because obviously we were not going to stay there for a second night and when we spoke to the manager she apologized and told us "that is the owner of the hotel, and I can't tell him anything, this is not the first time that he has done this" They refused to reimburse us for the second night. We will never stay at this hotel again and we do not recommend it to anyone else!!!!
