Fantastic 2 BD 3 BA ski/lake condo, updated for comforts but retaining its rustic charm. Rare layout for this complex - top of the building unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with ensuite bathrooms to maintain privacy, and extra 1/2 bath on the main level allowing easy access. Sprawling master bed/bath with king log frame bed and floor/crib space, dual sinks, walk in closet, glass-enclosed shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd BD with queen and queen loft, spacious closet, shower in bath. Queen pull-out in living room (6+2). Spacious deck with cafe seating and propane BBQ grill. Stainless appliances, flat screen smart TV, DirecTV plus wired for BYO streaming stick. Spring, Summer, Winter, or Fall, this is a great staging location. Foot access to Anderson Cove beach provides wintertime ice fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing access, and summertime fishing, SUP/kayaking, and picture perfect beach days. World-class road and mountain biking abound right from the front door. 4 season hiking - waterfalls, canyons, knife-edge ridges, overlooks, and amazing scenery all around. Anchor your boat offshore overnight and avoid launch ramp craziness while still getting a great night's sleep. This complex is 10 minutes from ultra-luxe Snowbasin and is the closest nightly lodging you’ll find, summer or winter. The ski bus stops immediately prior to Snowbasin, and you’ll be the first to be let off at the end of the day (Note: 2024 - bus stop is now at the adjacent campground). 30 minutes’ drive gets you to Powder Mountain, a unique European-style resort where you park at the top and ski down into the bowls. Backcountry opportunities abound. No matter what season, pick a direction and go! Community pool (summer), wading pool (summer) and (actually hot!) hot tub (year round). Tennis/pickleball and basketball courts (summer). Billiards, foosball and not the world's most elaborate gym await you in the clubhouse. Bonus: we are directly across from the community hot tub. An international dark sky park, The Valley is to this day mostly farms, ranches, and hard working cowboys and cowgirls. There is only one wine/liquor store in The Valley, but Utah’s own ‘5% by volume’ beer is available at gas stations etc (and don’t miss the distillery!). You’ll need to make your own nightlife, if that’s your thing. Come discover the treasures of Utah’s Ogden Valley! What sets this unit apart? 1.
