Hot summer day, all you want if your traveling is a clean room, good working a/c, nice hot shower with good towels and a pleasant person at the front desk!! This place had it all. Not many choices in Webster City, but this is where you should stay!!

Checked out Tuesday morning made a reservation for Wednesday evening, arrived at 9:00 PM on Wed and they did not have a room available for me and were sold out. What was really disappointing is that they made absolutely no effort to help find an alternative or give any sort of a recommendation they just turned me away. I have traveled for years and have rarely been treated so poorly.

Just ok, staff could care less to be there and it reflects. Breakfast was marginal. Room was not very clean. Mystery stain on the chair. Not going to be sitting on that! Nice location, just off the highway Newer hotel, but has some serious flaws

Very clean hotel and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were surprised how spacious the king room was that we had. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. We will defintely will stay at this hotel again.

Staff very friendly and eager to help. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were able to spend some quality time with family and friends during our stay. Breakfast was ok, adequate, but more gluten free, healthy options would have been good.

There is no acceptable hotel/motel in Webster City. The AmericInn is considered the best place to stay in Webster City, and it is not a place any veteran traveler would choose. Fort Dodge is no better. Stay in Ames--it's worth the drive.

Repeat stay every year or 2 for 20+ years. Maintenance has kept up with age inside and heat. This is really the only game in town if you have a mid range location in mind. If you have to stay in Webster city I suggest you blow the budget and stay here, The other options do not come close to this AmericInn no matter the price differential. They do allow dogs so we took a 2nd floor room. No problems. Location is on the far edge of town and very safe feeling , but there is nowhere to eat close by. Check TA site. Check in young lady was very efficient and personable. There is a big indoor pool and you should get reservations on weekends as locals do get rooms with kids to use the pool.

We stayed at the AmericInn for three nights while wrapping up business before our move to Florida. We totally enjoyed the warm, friendly atmosphere of this hotel as well as the amenities it offered. The room was spacious, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, pretty, and quiet. The pool was crystal clean and the hot tub was awesome ~ open from 6 AM to 12 AM. The breakfast always hit the spot, especially the egg and sausage burrito. Oh yes, the fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies in the evening were delightful Webster City is 12 miles off I 35 on HGWY 20. It might not be right on your path but if you are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy some down time you might consider this one. Natalie and Liz will take good care of you.

Very helpful staff!! Friendly service, we’re able to accommodate an early check in for a already full hotel. Picked up items that were left behind for me and handed off to my other family members staying down the hall.
