There is a living room with sofa bed (sleeps maximum 2 people), kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2). Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Clean and safe area. Well-lit at night. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind -- strictly enforced. This is a private apartment and you have access to the whole space. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-story apartment building. If you need to park your car, please note there is a 2-hour parking limit on most streets during the day and you are not able to leave your car overnight on most streets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your vehicle when it is parked on the street. Secure parking is available in the locked and gated driveway behind the building. You must pay the parking fee in advance to the host. The fee is $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars. You will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle. Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you've brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. Thanks for your cooperation! If you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time. If you smoke, use incense, use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, we will charge a $300 fee. If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, we will charge fees in addition to this $300.
