The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good the staff was great. The only complaint we have is there were no drawers in the room. So it was difficult to storage our clothing.

房間前台美女給免費升級了，房間寬敞明亮，屋裡很暖和，裝飾雅緻，床鋪睡起來也超舒服。衞生間的清潔工作做得非常到位，熱水供應穩定，體驗極佳。酒店的地理位置十分便利，周邊餐飲一應俱全，交通也非常便捷。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，我會再次選擇這家酒店。

1.前台服務生硬，一度推薦辦卡帶早餐升級套房，不辦卡練杯水都沒有，入住網絡怎麼連接也不告之知
2.房間被子鋪的像是被其他人睡過的，沒有達到我入住的任何一家華住的標準和要求，就這樣的標準拿出來怎麼敢賣的
3.房間不隔音，隔壁一直吵到二半夜，外面過個車也聽的一清二楚
4.房間淋浴門設計就是bug，衹能往裡推，水一直在往外淌
5.半夜消防噴淋的燈隔8秒就會閃一次，就在床的上方，一度以為是攝像頭。

房間面積不算大，不過放東西的地方挺多的，床和枕頭的軟硬適中，衞生間乾濕分離，是電動馬桶，洗手枱的高度有些高，淋浴間花灑的開關是擰動式的，操作有些不方便
停車場在樓下，停車很方便
酒店人員的服務態度很好，熱情周到

房間隔音差的離譜，隔壁正常分貝説話都能聽到，一直吵到半夜十二點多，實在受不了了要求換房，前台居然説高級大床房沒有了不給換，我説那其他房型還有沒有？已經半夜十二點多了，換個其他沒人的房型不就行了？前台服務態度極差，這才説還有一間商務大床房，後面還要找一個大叔（不知道是不是工作人員）上來來我們的房間確認是隔音很差才肯換，關鍵的是我們等了半天那個大叔壓根沒來，我後面又電話聯繫了前台才發現那個大叔一直在新房間等着，合著我不打電話你前台也不確認一下那個大叔到底來沒來，不是我受不了了特意問了一下，我們就衹能傻傻的乾等着。還有，我的行李特別多，還有醫療器械，我身體上有缺陷，需要醫療器械才能睡眠，大半夜收拾東西不説了前台居然還要讓那個機器人把新房間的房卡送上來，請問前台是沒有手沒有腿嗎？但凡用過的都知道那個機器人送的有多慢，還要等着那個機器人上電梯把房卡送過來才能進新房間。收拾完東西弄到凌晨一點多還沒住上，第二天的所有行程都基本要作廢。最後還是跟攜程的負責人協商了第二天延遲退了房好歹還算睡了個覺。特別説明一下，攜程的經理和這家全季的大堂經理服務態度很不錯，後面也有道歉，但是當天前台的專業程度和服務態度真是不敢恭維！！再次重申一遍，酒店可以説是完全沒有做隔音，隔壁一男一女説話聽得清清楚楚的。最差的一次全季入住體驗！！再次特別説明一下，攜程的經理和這家全季的大堂經理服務態度很不錯，這點倒是可以。但完全沒辦法彌補我的損失，這次衹有周末這兩天可以出遊。

前台的小哥哥服務很熱情，入住了好幾天，續住了一天還免費給升級了房間，帶着孩子過來遊玩的現在的價格很划算，房間很乾凈，客房每天打掃續住衞生都特別的用心！

和朋友來威海玩，順路訂的酒店，停車是免費的，店應該是新開的裏面環境還不錯，，工作人員服務也還行。很喜歡全季富有詩意的感覺哈哈哈哈
