Good location. Nice view. Decent clean room. Just slightly poor on the sound proofing. You may hear door slamming from other rooms in the morning. Glad they allowed late check out. Overall still a good stay.

This hotel certainly warrants my strong unreserved recommendation. The hospitality is heartily felt espe ciallt the sterling service provided by the front desk manaher Alex Wu.

Very good and proactive housekeeping service initiating upgrade of the room that has problem in the hot water supply.

The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon

The hotel was in a good location. Service was good but facilities were a little worn. Food selection for breakfast buffet was a little lacking.

I don’t know this price is worth for this hotel

第一次入住希爾頓逸林，地理位置很好，體驗感絕了！錯峯出遊房間數量相對寬裕，辦理入住時直接升級了高樓層，大窗直接對着海邊，還能看到幸福門，風景超級好！ 服務體貼周到，點名感謝Robin網上對接全程詢問體驗，前台小哥和漂亮姐姐們也很熱情，有問必答有求必應，入住贈送的逸林家的曲奇餅乾好吃到想天天吃…… 再説房間，隔音沒得説，希爾頓旗下有保障。房間除了一些基本用品外，還贈送了蒸汽眼罩、耳塞、純牛奶，床品舒適柔軟，助眠一覺到天亮，睡得很香！！ 下次來威海還要住！！！

酒店很漂亮，給人一種很低調精緻的感覺，服務親切讓人舒服，因為有長者，酒店還貼心的安排提早入住和延遲退房。房間乾淨味道舒適，定了家庭房，可以直接看到幸福門，是品質很好的住房體驗。早餐豐富，選擇很多。住在酒店有很強烈的度假感不想出門

這家酒店的位置太便利了！就在威海市中心，邊上是威高廣場，對面是海灣公園，無敵海景，出行超級方便。衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，住着特別安心。前台Maria的服務更是暖心，笑容親切，熱情，讓人感受到家一般的温暖。歡迎大家來入住，感受一下威海人的熱情

房間內入住時沙發就有污漬，衞生間內有頭髮，而且極其明顯，廁所內的紙兩卷都是開封的，潮乎乎的，發現後告知前台，前台沒有任何錶情的問了問情況，之後既沒有主動詢問是否打擾，也沒有給出一個合理的態度，再次打電話讓他們客房部過來，才過來的，服務不好，環境不衞生！體驗不太好！前台更是一點也不專業

我住過最差的五星級酒店。8月9號入住，8月10號退房。入住房間擺了一盤水果無花果。以為是入住水果吃了兩顆，當時覺得不是很新鮮。晚上上吐下瀉。晚上八九點鐘去葯房買葯。今天早上起床的時候，水果都己經長毛了。今天結賬的時候才知道服務員跟我説那個水果是以前的房客留下來的。五星級酒店這種打掃衞生的方式和這種態度啊，完全讓人接受不了。我沒有提任何要求離開了，謹已發文提示。
