Got a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. Service was friendly and amenities satisfactory.

The bed and shower were great, and the location was decent. That’s the only positive thing I can say although I rated those poorly for the sake of the effect it should have). I would not suggest this place to anyone. For 1000rmb this place sucks and should be criminally investigated. There was a cigarette smoke smell that came in all the time from the air vents. The air conditioner was as low as I could put it and I still sweat all night long, the room was never even close to a comfortable temperature. The website and signs all over the hotel advertise lots of things. A game room with a pool table, a fitness room, a cafe, a golfing room, a bar and lounge, a nightclub, an outdoor garden, a spa. Unfortunately, it didn’t have any of these things. Yes, the rooms were there, but the services were not. There’s a sign in the game room that says you have to pay to enter but there’s no one ever at the desk and you can’t even turn on the lights.. the bar is not on the floor they said it was, and was never open. The spa has an extensive list yet they don’t actually have any of those. I asked for a hot stone massage (which they advertised, but didn’t actually provide and didn’t tell me that they couldn’t actually do), they just sent someone to my room to offer me *special* services for 4000rmb and the masseuse left early for another client when I didn’t agree after half an hour of her trying to convince me. It took 30 minutes and a threat of involving the authorities before the spa even considered a partial refund. Fitness room asked for an annual card (paying for a room should allow access to the gym during the stay, that’s absurd). No garden no nightclub. No golf simulator. No cafe. Just a lot of empty rooms and dark hallways. The staff were EXTREMELY loud in the early morning outside in the hallway. There is a room service menu in the room advertised as 24 hours service. I arrived late at night around 10:30 PM and called room service but they were closed. I also tried to call another day at lunchtime while I was doing some work in the room and they said they were closed so I went to the restaurant (during lunch hours) and asked to see a menu and was told they only have buffet, no menus to order from; yet there is an extensive menu of each restaurant in the room. An overall exhaustingly awful experience that if it weren’t for my tight time table and extenuating circumstances should have resulted in me being refunded in full for the entire stay and have the police brought in. Do NOT book this ********. I can read and speak chinese so there was no language issue. Just a quality issue. DO NOT GO

The hotel is very good and has clean bed room. The location is fantastic.

房間乾淨整潔，在這麼忙碌的時候還幫我們升級了房間，這是超出意外的驚喜，房間視野不錯，交通便利，特別表揚工作人員王情，笑容親切大方，有問必答，下次來威海就找王情小姐姐服務。

帶孩子來旅行，晚上十點多才到酒店，酒店人員也很熱情的接待、登記。住宿過程中，各種需求，也都在滿足。退房的時候，還送了小朋友禮物🎁很開心的一次入住體驗~

房間入住很滿意，大堂經理王情服務非常好，很熱情，幫忙協調訂單問題，酒店服務很在線，老酒店但是服務不減分，設備維護也在線

不虧是正牌五星酒店，各方面都很好！地理位置優越，對面是山大，去各個景點都很方便，周圍吃的也很多，也很安靜。本來定的時候，看到有評論説設施老舊，我個人覺得真的還好，不會影響住宿體驗。適合家人出來玩。推薦！

酒店就在山東大學（威海校區）的對面，距離火炬八街也很近，在房間可以看到海邊，去威海北站衹需要10分鐘路程！大堂經理王情很熱情，還專門給升級了房間和送了歡迎水果，走的時候還有伴手禮！很愉快的一次入住體驗

房間挺舒服的，可以隔着山大看到海，離國際海水浴場挺近的，從山大西門夜市慢慢走過去正舒服，酒店服務人員也很好，有事情麻煩基本都幫忙搞定了，早飯挺豐盛也挺好吃的（沒拍照沒辦法上傳）晚上自助也好吃

酒店很大氣特別華麗， 設施設備也很齊全周邊還有大型商場 ，住店客人可以免費停車。床也很舒服，房間空調也很給力，酒店的工作人員服務都特別熱情貼心，前台住店期間提供了很多幫助，有機會還會入住。

威海海悦建國飯店地理位置好，歷史悠久，硬件設施好。特別是飯店管理服務等軟件方面，讓人影響深刻，從大門禮賓，保安到前台服務員服務態度很好專業，很熱情。 尤其是前台經理王園園女士在我們入住的4天以五星級酒店專業的服務水準，讓我們感受到了小區管家式的服務，吸引我們一家在這裏連續住了4天（本來後兩天另外訂了海邊酒店）。海悦建國飯店繼續努力，未來可期！

五星級酒店，地理位置不錯。前台服務很熱情，免費給我們升級了套房，房間很大，拉開窗簾就看到海，離店時衣服丟下了，我們還沒意識到，就接到電話了，非常感謝
