Days Inn by Wyndham Weldon/Roanoke Rapids

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk smelled nice, and the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our building, we found that the pool was closed and looked like it wouldn't ever be again. I had specifically chosen this hotel because my daughter loves to swim. Our "non-smoking" room had a burnt hole in the comforter and smelled really bad. There was hair on the pillows and even a muffin left in the drawer from the previous guest. The refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or holder. It was not at all like the pictures I had seen when booking. I was so disappointed that I wanted to leave and find another hotel or sleep in my car. I ended up staying, but I had to cover the bed and pillow with my own blankets. I don't recommend staying there. Find another place to stay.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a large parking lot for big trucks or vehicles towing anything. There is a waffle house and a gas station within a few hundred feet from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was nasty floors had black stuff coming off it tv was broke microwave was broke pool was not clean had to ask for the room to be clean had to wash the bedding myself I had to feed my 7th month cold milk bottles because it took them 4 days to get a new one

I checked in on a Saturday at 3:00 pm. The housekeeping staff was just finishing up. I think the staff did all they could to make things right and the room was fine. Over the next 11 hours, people checked into their rooms in very noisy fashion waking me repeatedly until the last guest screaming outside my door at 2:00 am. This was not the hotel's fault but was the last straw for me. I checked out and hit Rt-95 at 2:20 am.

This hotel should be shut down for being a bug and rodent infested hotel. Woke up with bedbugs when I stayed here for a few hours to get some rest on my road trip. Ruined my vacation being itchy all week! Look at all the reviews about the same issues before staying here! Wish I had!!

If this room wasn't free, I would not have stayed here. When I was told that I would be receiving a full hot breakfast, I was expecting more than these old looking eggs. Yes, the coffee was hot and the toast would have been hot, if I would have put it in the toaster. Just wasn't my idea of a full hot breakfast.
