White Hart Inn

Worse hotel ever will never recommend people to stay there It’s said on the trip.com is free cancellation so guys be careful they are scammer’s My experience with them was very bad they still holding my refund I don’t think it’s a good place to stay

Staff is very nice and the room is quiet and comfy, good location, close to Wells Cathedral and city centre.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely. The location is perfect - literally over the road from the cathedral. We had a great stay.

Actually I want to go Glastonbury  But this hotel is in Wells so I have to take 24 minutes bus to go and return  Not very convenient. Hotel room is clean and have bathtub which is comfortable but inside room wifi and data is poor … can say cannot use if you don’t need wifi and data which is good for you can rest sleep early.

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

Very friendly and welcoming, accommodating staff who are helpful with requests and a fab location right in the centre. Nice breakfasts. Rooms are exceptional value, albeit some areas / parts of the rooms are a little rough around the edges. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

酒店地點方便，出門直面大教堂，房間不大，床比較輕，但廁所很大，工作人員非常熱情，沒有電梯但有主動幫忙搬行李一直送到房間里

服務態度很好！性價比高！

This was another great ******* find. If you’re accustomed to the Ritz, this would not be quite what you’re looking for, but it’s a solid place to sleep and shower, and you can’t top the quality of the people who work here. A most affordable place to stay that’s right in the heart of the city. My only real problem was spotty WiFi. Loved it here, especially the people.
