MSM Arena Hotel

It was very clean, location perfect only the parking coz need to pay and you cant get free parking outside street. But recommended hotel , budget good . We willl definitely book again

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room was flooded, damp and dirty. We immediately went back to reception. They said they’d refund us in 5 minutes after they’d finished with another customer complaining. I booked alternative accommodation. Before I paid I double checked they’d refund us. Yes in 5 minutes he said. Staff then tried to refund us, the owner (their dad) refused to give them the password to process the refund. For two hours they pleaded with their dad to refund us. He not only refused, but then started WhatsApping me saying I was being aggressive and disruptive and that they’d offered us an alternative room.A complete lie (they have cctv). Whilst we were there for the two hours, 5 other people also left and requested refunds. All of us booked rooms at the premier inn. Awful hotel, conman owner. Any positive reviews are fake.

The location was good, bus stops were right in front of the hotel. Underground station was 20mins walk or 2 bus stops away if you prefer. The room was clean and the beds were soft and firm. It was also easy to checked in and out. The man at the reception was helpful and easy to talk to. There was bottled water and coffee inside the room. It was a good experience overall.
