Wembley Park Hotel recensioner

This property was very clean, very central as well to the OVO Arena. The staff were professional and friendly enough and didn’t hover. I particularly appreciated that there was a microwave in the room as a lot of hotels these days don’t have microwaves so I really loved that. My only con would be that the bathroom space is a little cramped so if you are a bigger person you may have an issue there.

Very good customer service , neat and it was also close to the train station and even restaurants around. It has a mini kitchen, fridge and they also provided water daily and tea with milk. Someone I would like to go again

Stayed there for 2 consecutive days, it's great place to live in. Quite homely place

Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

Very clean room, fully equipped with microwave and small fridge. Good value for money!

Polecam super hotel

even though this was a house/hotel it is a little hidden gem, just 4mins walk from wembley park station. The hotel was spacious for a house very clean & modern with a comfy bed & pillows, i also liked the little kitchenette. The staff were nice their was free parking and shops & eating places just down the road, i found "Moulin Grill" a very nice cafe/restaurant ,clean nice food & staff, ham egg & chip's were only £5.60 a bargain also a lot cheaper than near the stadium. When ever i go to Wembley stadium or the OVO i shall certainly book Wembley Park Hotel every time. p,s, i am an older woman and was on my own but felt very safe even in the evening, would highly recommend.

Staff were amazing. Hotel was Spotless. Location for football was incredible, 1 minute walk from Wembley way. 4 minutes from Wembley central underground station. Parking available. Beds were comfy. We arrived 4hours earlier than check in, we left our car there & went into London... came back to excellent family room... spotless. Woke up next day & left our car there while we went to the cup final. No parking charge We will be returning

We always stay here for our London theatre or O2 concert visits. Underground is really close and Uber pick up is just outside the hotel. Staff are all lovely with a special mention to Jacintha at breakfast. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable.

Although the T&Cs dictate that there are no refunds, booking wrote to this establishment to ask if it would be possible to make a refund on this occasion due to the circumstances. Unfortunately I have been grappling with mental health issues and as a consequence had lost my job, as a result both myself and partner were extremely upset and worried and needed every penny to pay bills, so asked if we could cancel and asked for a refund, the hotel flatly refused and wouldn’t even entertain the idea, if this is the level of customer service and understanding I wouldn’t set foot in this place if you paid me.

Small but perfectly formed hotel. Very clean and well designed. We had a room overlooking the garden. Ideal for a short stay to visit family at Christmas. It was a bank holiday but all we could hear in the morning was bird song. That I wasn’t expecting in London. The bathroom clean and modern but small.

We contacted the hotel late on a Monday night, as we were very unhappy with some other accommodation. Very polite and amenable, we managed to get in straight away. Our room was excellent, decent size, bathroom okay. All our amenities were good and hotel was close to Wembley Park Tube station (about a five minute walk). If I’m ever in London again, I would contact these to stay again. Highly recommended
