service is fine. all ok. toilet water heats up too long and have to wait for 10mins for it to cool down other than that all fine

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you have a feeling of class, the decoration is very exquisite, the front desk brother is very welcoming, and the room looks very fresh, clean and tidy. The room was also very clean, with large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city at night, and the bed in the hotel room was very comfortable, which was a very good experience.

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk away from Wenzhounan. Great location, high building. Great staff. Room was amazing, felt high-end.

My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!

This hotel is in a very good and convenient location near to the train station, almost inside. The staff are very attentive and very polite.

That’s was my first time in Wenzhou; short business trip. The hotel do clean, all equipment was fine. Location of hotel very convenient.

The location is set against the river and and very picturesque with a park like atmosphere. Not much to do at night. Rooms were great and fairly confortable. Keep it up. Will recommend to anyone for the good location.
