Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!

Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

Overall a good hotel, but slight improvement in management will help it become great. Long waiting time for checking in, the cleaning staff manages to come at the worst time, every time. 4 out of 5

The Westin Wenzhou is a good hotel and also good value. We were upgraded to an executive floor room but unfortunately smelt of smoke, otherwise very comfortable and good view. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent and I appreciated the personal attention maybe as the only laowai in residence!
